Light gold colour, very bready on the nose but also carries unripe finger lime scents. Pin-point, fine mousse. Waxy lemon flavours with a subtle citrus lime finish. 90-91/100. Drank with Barry in Noosa, June 2011

Soft aromatics of waxy lemon rind, hints of lemon zest. Lots of lively acidity that dances across the palate. Rich lime lemon flavours, clean and long on the finish. drink now. 93-94/100. Drank this with Barry in Noosa, June 2011
