Joseph Perrier Cuvee Royale 1999, Chalon, Champagne

Light gold colour, very bready on the nose but also carries unripe finger lime scents. Pin-point, fine mousse. Waxy lemon flavours with a subtle citrus lime finish. 90-91/100. Drank with Barry in Noosa, June 2011
