Estezargues ‘Rive droite, rive gauche’ 2012, Cotes du Rhone

Estezargues Rive droite rive gauche 2012 Cotes du Rhone France

$16 from PWS. A red blend of 70% Grenache, 10% Cinsault, 10% Mourvèdre and 10% Syrah. At this price point, for a good Rhone vintage, expect good value for money and this wine is another enjoyable no-brainer. Intense purple-ruby colour, stacks of cherry, dark berries, plum, cocao powder and sweet baking spice. I had this with lamb and rosemary wood-fired pizza. Awesome combo. Drink now.
