I picked up this organic yogurt from the local IGA for $6.50/500g tub. The yogurt is made from Barambah’s organic dairy farm near Inglewood, South East Queensland. It had the appearance of hard tofu, but upon stirring has the consistency of double cream. Thick creamy mouthfeel, a light sourish flavour of the yogurt culture and an even lighter but obvious honey flavour on the finish. This is more of a dessert yogurt which you’d have with banana slices and melted chocolate than the pick-me-up refreshing breakfast yogurt.
Pretty nice stuff.
