$24 from Rathdowne Cellars. A co-fermented blend of Vermentino, Fiano and Moscato Giallo (Muscat). Clear pale yellow colour. A youthful nose lemon rind, musk and red apple, there’s a subtle hint of exotic spice too. Dry, medium- bodied wine, lovely soft acidity, sweet fruity flavours of lemon fruit and ripening peach flesh. A clean finish. Drink now. 87/100.
I’m savoring this wine on it own, but I can picture this with a lentil stew, accompanied by raisin and cous cous, with light fetta and spinach salad.
