Tim Adams Pinot Gris 2010, Clare Valley, South Australia

$19 from Cloudwine. Pale gold colour with a copper tinge. Aromas of Pakenham pear, fresh lychee flesh and iced peach tea. Dry, white wine with racy acidity that props up the full, bitter-sweet flavours of green pear and unripe white peach flesh. Hint of quince and honey on the finish. Great with Thai chilli chicken and cucumber salad. Drink now. 88+/100.
