Tahbilk Shiraz 2005, Goulburn Valley, VIC

$19 from Dan Murphy’s. Dark crimson colour, savoury aromas of blackcurrants, blackcurrant flan and smoked meat. Soft spongy tannins are still young and present. Nice fruit load, blackcurrant and red cherry flavours are resolving. Easy finish. 89/00.
