$22 from Rathowne Cellars. Lifted delicate aromas of lime leaf and white grapefruit, this is a simple refreshing drink with residual sweetness, and the moderate acidity doesn’t make it too tiresome to drink. I had this with a salad of capsicum, celery, baby potatos and prawns that was topped with some aoli and parsley. Summer sunshine on the balcony – works a treat! Drink now. 86-87/100.
